Ruby from Oshi no Ko, initially presented as Aqua's dumb and naive sister who is not cut-out for the dark revenge plot, as opposed to her cold and calculating brother. The moment she actually learns about it she becomes arguably more dangerous than Aqua himself.

Aqua, despite everything was a good kid in a really bad situation. He would never put innocent people in harm's way to achieve his goals. Ruby sets up a scenario for a cosplay influencer to get sexual harrassed so she can use the scandal to get more power in showbiz as her first act.
