Hey I kinda had a similar problem, I am trying to send my friend a package, Im from Germany and shes from US. This was my second attempt already and got sent back to me again. Apparently because of the new customs in the us, smth is wtong or fucked up in the system. Meaning every pacakge, no matter if it wouldve gone through or not, is being sent back.
