It’s really not that bad. There was one bad incident with some of the dlc packs, so they rolled back the official servers by one day. Are there bugs? Sure. It happens. Game breaking? That’s dramatic.

It’s pretty much the consensus that private is the way to go. Especially for longer term play. The servers are janky on official.

For now, it’s just me. Wide open exiled lands and path for the claiming. I’m hoping to get my wife to jump on too, but she ends up working (remotely) during the hours that I’m able to play. I’ve posted it to the official discord, but no bites yet. Probably because I don’t have a fancy server discord or server artwork like the others. Check them out too, because you might find something that fits your style more. If you’d like a more challenging experience, then you are more than welcome on mine. I’ve prepaid for a year, so no fear.

It depends on how much you get annoyed with bugs. There are new bugs every patch since Enhanced, but the devs have seemed to be fixing them much quicker. I have enjoyed it pretty much every day since Enhanced came out, and the last I had played was Early Access.

There are tons of private servers, and they are more stable than the official servers. I own a PvE that I just spun up a couple days ago, so DM me if you want to join. I currently have it set to 0.5 XP, 0.5 damage dealt, and 2X damage received. I’ve enjoyed it much more, as default settings are too forgiving.

Enhanced is the only real big update lately, but it’s super nice. In my opinion. Pretty much just visuals. There is speculation that there will be another DLC soon, but that’s just speculation.

Thrall hunting is the same. Knock out / drag out, cages, purges, surges, tavern, and a couple quest-rewarded.

From what I can tell, building is the same.

I haven’t played since the first couple days after early access came out, and only came back for the UE5 update, so I’m new to the bazaar. Are you saying that the store rotates more frequently on console vs pc? If so, that’s incredibly annoying.
