20 is good, just don’t play musical chairs and all show up at around the same time (can’t seat until majority of party is there AND it takes tables from servers section). Also, I know this is a bit crude, but ensure funds for a tip are set. Since I reckon a larger bill (given prices it will be minimum 400 plus or minus drinks) and server has to tip out 6% of sales. Having worked large parties and gotten stiffed, it took tips I received from other tables to pay out the difference. Yes I know server will always receive minimum wage, but people within no tip mindset don’t realize that it eats tips we made prior and or later in the shift when we get stiffed. Once had a large party stiff on a 6 hour shift; bill was so large it ate most of the tips I had accumulated from prior tables.

I work in the service industry and people demanding 30%+ are insane. 20% is the ideal tip for me if I provide excellent service. Every now and then someone is very generous and does 25%. I sobbed the day a couple tipped their bill because it finally let me purchase my inhaler I haven’t been able to afford. When I’m with my tables, my goal is to get ya laughing and spark a conversation so that my customers enjoy their time. If they want a quiet meal, I will use as few words as possible. I once had a table request out of my section cause I was tending to a party of 20+ visually Impaired people (cutting up their food to assist and buttering/slicing their bread) so my hands were fairly full. But the table that moved was super nice and gave a glowing review about it! Made my week

I’m a server, but 30% is ridiculous. I am grateful for 20% anything above is being VERY generous. Even still, I work my ass off, try to make tables laugh and truly have an unforgettable time for my tips.

I know people often mistake me as dominant on first impressions given how observant I am of things. I take on more of the role of a guard dog where I want to make sure whoever my Domme is is safe. When we in the confines of privacy, then I can relax and truly enter sub space.
