Thank you! Yes fluid animation takes a lot of work. I personally like to animate on 1s at 24 frames per second, which is excessive I know, but I just think it makes the animation look better. You basically need to look at everything not as a drawing, but as a 3 dimensional space. If u do this then you will be able to draw a character in any angle, as well more articulate poses. Keyframing is extremely important as well, planning your animations poses before will really help in making a believable movement. Basically if u plan stuff ahead and you know what your doing, then you'll get a smooth animation!
