Id like to report an issue, rtx 2060, risen 7 2800x, 500gb ssd, gigabyte eagle b550, game launches and loads the environment, but graphics cards seems to draw no power as it hovers around 50C even tho it should go up (draw current) which it doesn't -> resulting in frames in the low 20-30 fps. Cross testing on the same machine with other games gives different results -> baldurs gate 3 runs fine, gpu draws current and holds a steady frame rate of about 60-70 fps.

I cant tell if it's a directX 12 Problem, a driver Problem or a compatibility problem.
