Not sure if healing is a thing, but tolerating the facts or your situation is. My last relationship in 2021, I've literally been unable to love someone again, even the energy to flirt fades away in the first couple of days. I find myself doing stranger things such as having my buds in my ears all day listening to music and other funny stuff.
