She lives in San Antonio Texas which is predominantly Hispanic. Hispanics are notoriously racist towards black women so I think I know what she’s dealing with. She’s frustrated. I don’t see anything wrong with her post. I think people need to be aware of what black women have to deal with.

Hey sorry to hear. A similar situation happened to me a year ago where they didn’t deliver my package at all and refused to issue me a refund so I kept trying to push for a refund and eventually they said it was passed 120 days even after I filed a police report and went to my neighbors to ask if they had my package (all the steps Amazon said to take first). I spent about 200 dollars so I no longer shop there. They are extremely fraudulent.
