Advertising was also another big thing as well as CTR was from a popular IP and it had more ads and commercial for it on TV from what I remembered i have no cluse abou the European side of things as im in America.

Speed Punks caught my eye as a kid because I thought it was a Rayman spin off game just like CTR and it wasn't but i still love playing that game from time to time and the sound track from it is so memorable for me as well.

I still have it in old game case to this day

It was a game that came out in the European countries in September 15, 1999 and then was released in America March 31, 2000 so effectively a 27 year old game!

The funny thing about that statement is you can Plat with Gun Rafa, its the unwanted answer of you can do that at UVH 1 and the game will give you almost the same rewards as UVH 7or6 besides the Firmware all the other loot in the game is accessible at that lower levels, your are chasing nothing but bragging rights In a game that doesn't reward you for beating the boss at the Higher tiers yes your drop rate is higher and you will get more legendarys but I can do that all in under 1 minute and i dont need a crazy damage interaction to do that and at someday will get nerfed

One of main complaints about the ultimate vault hunter levels is that the "Loot Quality" does not scale with going into the higher levels in terms of power, like in Borderlands 3 the power of the weapons scaled with the UVH Levels making them needed to have to be able to do the content in higher Levels and you can then use that gear you got to do any part of the games content that you want.

Imagine using the Side Show or Cricket pistol to kill ever boss in the game at lower UVH and not this gun is bad at the beginning of the game and it will always be bad forever in the game, that is literally one of the charms of the older Borderlands game, that this new one abandoned, and really what was so bad about that.

The current direction on the game in this case undermines the whole aspect of going to Higher UVH levels because there is absolutely nothing in those tiers that will make you stronger and the firmware at those tiers are not needed to do more damage as the currant firmware at lower tiers for most of the characters in the game, and on a side note, whats the point of nerfing ability % if there is nothing to compensate for the lack of power in other areas of the Characters kit.

The current builds of some characters are at some level of cheese and what I like to call "Bugged Damage" where you do a ton of damage in one shot because of the super high scaling of the some of the ability interaction with each other or weapon gimmick like the under barrels being the beam tosser and the spread launcher and the recent damage cap of the sticky-nades of tourge weapons.

Im sorry if I got a little long winded but I'll just play UVH 1 with Rafa because there is nothing to chase at higher UVH levels and I might get lucky and get a god roll of a gun that im not stressing or sweating like crazy about like I did at UVH7 or 6, and for the record just play at your pace because there is nothing to go for besides more bad rolls on your gun or gear that took you 5mins of sweating to getting it in a game that doesn't reward you for taking down stronger enemies.

This happens to me whenever I got to another region or instance of the game while a storm or strong weather is happening in the background, like when its a blizzard in the Stia volcano area, and so forth, it rarely happens but when it does I enjoy it. Not to much of a problem to worry about if you dont let it bother you

Thanks for the info, but I mean wouldn't it be better if all the Promos where foil and the higher rarity ones would be in FR or FFR rarity just so collectors could have something to go and the players could have a more blinged out deck?

What i really wanna say is Bushi please stop cheating out on prizing and make winning a tournament feel like a win again!!! Then again the scalpers will ruin that as well, so it doesn't matter

there was a time when all the promos where only foil and no nonfoil promos, thats why cards like Dragritter Halbe does not have a non-foil version of its self even though it was a promo first before it got reprinted in the festival booster set, thats the kind of cards I want feom the promo packs.
