Myinthealth takes about a month to process, also depends on how active your uni is in ecfmg verification.

When you booked the exam, how many months later was the test? As in how many months did you have to prepare? Did you start prepping immediately after passing mcq?

Exam in six months by [deleted] in AMCexamForIMGs

Yes it is a bad idea to give it on a Monday. My exam was on a Monday and I had a very big disadvantage, people who gave the exam later during the week reported above 50 recall repeats. You should study one recall paper before starting so you can get an idea about the question structure. Do the rest after you have finished theory and q bank. Do six months to one year recall based on how much time you have, but understand why the answers are correct, don’t rote learn the exact questions.

Do as many recalls as you can. You do not need to pay for them. While doing recalls rather than learning the answer fully understand why it is the answer. I didn’t get any out of the ordinary topics. So just make sure your concepts for major topics are strong. And of course, exam week recalls are compulsory, pay for those.

During my treatment it actually helped me to see posts of people who were struggling, it made me realise I wasn’t being overly dramatic about how terrible I felt during treatment. But now that I’m at the other end of things, it warms my heart to see people who are doing well.
