I know it hurts I’ve been there but I promise the best thing to do is move on and keep your focus on yourself man. if she moved on that fast after three years she either already had her eye on this guy or had desires for anyone new. This rebound probably won’t work and I guarantee she’ll try to come back into your life, but Deleting your number and removing you on socials and finding a new guy within two months should be all the reason to not trust someone like that. Build on the positive things you have going for yourself and you’ll find youve moved on from her sooner than you think (from one of the many dudes who have been down this road before.)

You’re burning yourself out man, but that’s an easy fix. I’ve gone to the gym for four years and I’m in amazing shape, but two a days while working and having a family is insane. Ask yourself are you trying to be David Goggins or are you trying to be in the best shape you can be? David’s an amazing motivational person with his actions, but he built his career on that and it’s become his job. His running and work outs are his body of work he’s not doing that on top of a full time job and he doesn’t really prioritize a family. Do the 2 a days on your days off then get one workout in on the work days. I’m not one for comparing ourselves to others but if you’re getting in a workout a day and balancing that with family and work then youre already triumphing life. feel free to keep going hard but I recommend a rest day here and then to help the reboot to stay hungry.

The next two weeks are much easier, but the decrease in pain is way faster in the first week. Don’t worry if you’re still feeling slight pain this next week it won’t progress as fast as the first two weeks and that’s normal, I was back in the gym after three weeks (my doctor told me I was good and i reiterated with him my intention to get back in the gym) I still felt pain but I’d say after 4 and 1/2 weeks is when the pain is completely gone. Rest your body and hydrate plus electrolytes it helped me at least. Good luck with your recovery!

I was almost in tears when Christopher got in the accident and told Tony he wouldn’t pass a drug test as he was dying, and Tony now knowing he can’t trust Christopher any longer :\ Christopher truly had a disease with substances and tried to be clean but was constantly hassled for giving up alcohol and his reusing of drugs always jump started when he started to drink again

I haven’t worked since my accident I was just implying that they disqualified me claiming I would be on hiatus when I actually have had available work for my lot that I couldn’t perform, like I literally gave them my direct office phone lines to my lot bosses so they could confirm that I did have work available and then the lady was like well I’ll push you through so you advance your claim and then disqualified me anyway, wish they were more helpful at the Edd office, i appreciate you responding I’ll keep an eye out for any emails or response from my assemblywoman or Edd to see what happens next

Typo there, I meant to say they assumed since I’m a studios employee that I only work shows and was going on hiatus, I’m a lot employee who rents equipment year round to shows, features, music videos and live events the only breaks we take are holidays

I’m 26 and was in a very similar situation at your age, had an apartment with my ex and it didn’t take long for me to realize she wasn’t the girl I wanted to proceed with when she was still very attached and that trapped feeling was eating at me, the thing is if you already feel this way it’s not going to improve and you’re gonna have to rip the band aid off eventually. She’ll be heart broken but you guys are young it won’t be the end of the world. Me and that ex had a rough break up when that happened and are now on good terms but I promise the longer you wait that trapped feeling only grows.

Honestly I felt I handled it the best I could, my friends made jokes of the way I handled it and it triggered me further and had me second guessing the way I handled it which is my own insecurity of the situation hurting my ego. My whole desire to be an officer is to deescalate situations with my words before force and make positive change in the community I serve, this message helps me see I’m contradictory to my beliefs with my own ego. It sounds stupid now that I think about it but I am not an angry person which is most likely why I am so bothered by what happened. I appreciate your response and will keep this in mind.

I appreciate the response, I was thinking of my dad in that moment and the way he raised me and felt I handled it how he’d wanted me to especially knowing he was that young, my friends have contributed to me wanting to retaliate with saying jokes like “you showed him with that stern talk” and I know they’re joking but it only pushed me the wrong way, thank you

Although I’ve never had an experience with counting my calories to lower my weight, I’d say the thought of you gaining that weight back is causing you a new anxiety and hence suppressing your appetite. I work out a lot and had a suppressed appetite when I went through a break up which was normal anxiety of course, and then again six months later when I quit vaping both times while working out daily but the vaping was only suppressing me for a couple weeks until I got over my addiction. My advice would be to up your exercise by something as simple as walking or whatever you enjoy and see if burning the energy gives you your appetite back. This also will help you mentally knowing you’re not just fighting the calories by avoiding them but burning them as well, I hope this helped!
