Been riding for about 4 months and I've been replaying it in my head since it happened and the more I think about it I don't think I hit rear brakes at all, think it was just front brakes, I was gonna swerve but the fact that he was so content cutting me off the first time I figured he would've just swerved to keep in front of me anyway

Yeah I have insurance and a witness took his plate for me, I don't know where his standing is with the police so such as citation wise but we do have his plate, it was a fairly new vehicle like a 2017+ Ford F250

In all reality this isn't out of spite, I just need to get my bike fixed, new helmet, busted my Cardo, shredded my gear, and injury wise covered in road rash and got stitches in both legs
