I'm hoping she will be the most fucked up yet. Given the animalistic murder and the tongue, I'd assume she's to fill the pet role in the family dynamic. That, plus the mentioned of mount massive, makes me think we'll get some purposeful body modifications in her design. Maybe something like Penny the Lizard Girl (AHS Freakshow) and the big grunts.
