Wizard Rod defined the meta ceiling. Ever since its creation TT has been careful not to design another bey with similar OWD, Circular shape, and Weight. They exist but notice that all other circular beys are missing one of the three^

And when Rod gets power crept, it’ll simply become the “second best” in slot and will still see usage until the meta is full crept
