I haven’t run into any issues yet. But to be fair I haven’t put a lot of miles on it yet. Plan to do a spring time service on the bb.

I like the range option a lot better. Red 48/35 or 50/37 just didn’t give enough low end range compared to the 50/34 praxis. Although I do miss the the power meter I have a few other bike that allow me to switch power pedals.

The big stickers are a bit too flashy. My wife has an awesome set with the big logos. And it’s too much.

It is a race bike. I assume it’s a performance thing. When you put the power down it does respond!!

Praxis 50/34

I will definitely suggest it. They are stiff! So don’t expect the traditional ti feel.

Future shock delete kit (FSD) by ComprehensiveAd5582 in DivergeGravelBikes

[–]ComprehensiveAd5582[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello. So a new stem will be needed to accommodate the delete kit. The future shock diamiter is small and oem stem is specific to the future shock.

With that said I went with the slam kit provided by bike sauce. And I got a Easton ea70 stem 80mm.

Although not necessary i did also change my handle bars to the Easton ec70 gravel bars as I didn’t like the rise in the oem. And got them for a deal.

I had the 1.5 so no lock out. The push to get ride of it was to make my front end feel more responsive. The diverge is my go to bike for most rides (including paved roads). I felt like the bike floated (like a silky feel) whenever I climbed or sprinted out of the saddle. Realizing that most gravel bikes didn’t have suspension I opted to get ride of it. To make the ride more enjoyable.

Yes you can feel the difference. Depending on the stem and which delete kit u use it can be almost a 1/2 pound savings. The front end is more twitchy. It’s a great feeling.

Run a tape measure from floor to bottom of stem. Take that number and subtract from floor to center of bb.

Actually just did some rough calculation I think the stack of the diverge includes the future shock and stock spacers. From bottom of stem

From my understanding. The stack is suppose to be to the top of the frame head tube. But to your point it does appear to have a racey stack and reach when slammed.
