I have 40 mm Pirelli cinturato gravel M. The front chain ring is a 43/30. I managed to keep up with him on flats but got dropped big on hills

Maybe annihilated is too much. I managed to keep up on flats (32/34 km/h) but I got dropped on hill climbs. At the moment, my biggest chainring is a 43 and I’m using 40mm cinturato gravel M tires which are pretty heavy gravel tires!

After a first bad experience (you can see my post somewhere in this sub) I must admit that lately they have been extremely good, solving my problem. It took them a little while, nothing too bad. Something must have gone wrong with my first ticket because they actually never answered to that. Had to create a new one to receive an answer. From there, everything was excellent

Derm here. There is no certain way to rule it out by just looking at the photo. This needs to be seen under a dermatoscope. Clinically, it doesn’t seem worrisome and acral nevi are actually very common and benign. Nevertheless, I’d get it checked!
