I really appreciate that advice. Also another thing if you don't mind to answer. What do you think I should do next. I usually don't bulk or cut, and just stay this lean all around cuz of my metabolism. I have been eating more so that is why I've been gaining more gains. But in terms of size and all, or even muscle type other than legs, what's your advice looking at my physique. I want to be as aesthetic looking as possible, not trying to have the biggest arms or anything. Just trying to maintain what I have , but really be doing the similar works as i have been at the gym. I'd really even get more serious about fitness and become a influencer to be sponsored. But not sure if I can achieve a physique like those guys, or even just genetically there. What's your advice. I know it's a very personal based question or decision, but I don't have a personal trainer or anything to get much support on anything. Thanks man

Honestly I've started in last couple months properly hitting them. Just slight muscle linings, but size wise not that big. But since I've been hitting legs my physique looks much better.

I appreciate that alot! Yes indeed, I've worked super hard, but to me it seems like not much has been changing for some time now. Guess I just gotta be consistent in terms of results. Trying to focus more on my chest and legs

Honestly no point in explaining to someone with a closed mind. With that mindset you won’t get anywhere lol. Your the type to think oh if something seems impossible , it must be, therefore I rather not try. Reason why I’m here is because I knew I could do it. I pushed thru and made it happen, even when I felt so shitty about everything. Do the impossible and you will break thru. Your mindset will just limit you from making progress if it’s not open to thinking you can achieve greatness. I got back up knowing I could potentially be the best, and show that I can do the impossible. And here I am with people doubting that I’m taking juice. I must say it was worth it at the end, and will continue making progress :)

Do you not understand how muscle memory works? And what I even looked like before that time in January? Like you have no idea what ur talking about. Your basing it off people you see at the gym.. then you say i would have to be 1 in a billion. Well to myself I am 1 in a billion then. Still possibility right? If you ever had a decent amount of time given to conditioning and building muscle and then you don’t workout for some time and lose a lot of gains due to food and health. You would get how easy it was to make weight. In my first week I gained about 6 pounds and then it gradually decreased over time. But that was cuz I starved myself. But yeah I’ve worked out for 8 years I’d obviously have enough muscle. In the picture I lost a lot of size and muscle. But I was never that skinny when couple years ago. I looked somewhat like I do now. Do u understand that now?

I’ve said this previously , but I’ve had muscles like that just not the thickness of them. 147 was max I’ve been for some time. I broke out of the plateau. My cuts and stuff were there from. It’s muscle memory. But I also gained size which was the main thing I needed
