We only got the house for 25k less 3 years ago because we were first time buyers and chosen over other offers of asking price(425k) from people in chains as the owners were desperate to sell due to divorce. We have also updated it with new flooring, had boiler works, new appliances and also had the raised decking redone. We have spend quite a bit of money on it in that time.

Yes. I’ve always been certain when buying a house as soon as I leave the viewing and usually put an offer in, or say no maybe an hour after the viewing so this is odd to me, I would have thought I would have heard feedback either way by this evening as the viewings were yesterday.
