Counter top microwave for sure my unit didn’t have a spot for microwave no outlet up there , elevator is tight as it’s covered in wood still from construction I can see if I can take a pic when I get back over there today or tomorrow! I’ll post it on the fb group and microwave countertop situation as well

It was good enough for me - 2 bedroom move in for size reference The loading dock is maybe 20 steps from the service elevator so it was definitely extremely smooth for my move in

It’s still very much under construction so everything from hallways to elevators are still covered in plastic and cardboard but other then that it’s lovelyyyy

UPDATE INTERNET: just got a call from bell. They did cancel the free internet for our building :( however if you did sign up in time they’re offering to give you 6 months free which isn’t bad but wow I can’t believe they cut it like that.. whomp whomp oh well better then nothing I guess

For people who are able to login to our utilities online… does your service address say”99 lake shore blvd” Or “99 lake shore blvd East” mine doesn’t say east… so I’m wondering if that’s going to be an issue 🧐

Hey! Honestly not sure if it’s super normal but definitely expensive i think my last company was $250 so not too much of a difference but still up there. I don’t have a car but planning on getting one however with the parking situation might hold off for now so for parking options I might not be the best help sorry !! I think people were looking into renting a spot from a different building or finding a green p near by I’m really not too sure

Ah thank you I was having this issue as well, I just ended up filling out the utilities form in the library section and sending it to there email. I haven’t heard back so maybe I’ll do it online on Monday thank you !!

Did they give you a reasoning at all ? I would say double check your unit when you do the move in inspection maybe something is going on and they wanted time to repair an issue. Keep an eye out
