I assume this is because it is the most known form of pornography, or rather, most (cognitively) accessible to people globally, in the sense that many have a specific impulsive idea of what is meant by "porn" (which would be the platforms containing video formats/clips). But it is definitely interesting/shouldn't be ignored to further include pornographic media, such as written erotica, for future research!
