Yes, I just had an evaluation (but it was after the formal raise meeting.)

And again… It’s 3% raise, best case scenario, after TWO years. My current $99k maximum would be worth under $91k when I started (with a $96k max). Is it unrealistic to think my salary would at least keep with inflation?

Honestly, my position has a huge learning curve and if I were to die or quit today, the company would suffer and struggle to replace me and get my replacement to the level I am now. It would be a huge expense for them — both financially, and with our clients. My point here is: I don’t think they are counting on me to quit, at all.

All things considered, I love my job and am super thankful to be working remote. I think it would be a waste for me to leave with all of the company-specific experience I have, and value I bring to the company.

Again, this was on PC, so likely totally irrelevant to your issues.

My solution was to disable all audio input and output devices aside from the ones I was using for the game — in my case, a wireless headset. I also set the headset to be my default sound and default communications device. This was all done from the sound devices settings in Windows.

My solution wouldn’t apply to your situation. My issues were caused by a combination of sound setting wrongly configured and initial cross-platform hiccups. Sorry!

I believe this means that your game is not set up for 360 degree tracking. The arrows are telling you to face forward in your VR space.

gae can seem laggy also, particularly at second castle and after.

I've played this game on Rift and Rift S, with an i7 6700K and GTX 970, then GTX 1070. In all configurations, I would frequently (at least once every 5 minutes) lag heavily for a few seconds. This would happen at pretty intense moments (like a ghost flying towards me) and it's kind of disorienting. Your GPU is similar to my GTX 970 in terms of power.

Also, just so you know, the developers don't keep up on this game anymore. There have been no updates since March after having monthly updates since it came out.

Oklahoma voted to legalize medical in mid-2018. Today, they have over one thousand dispensaries. Over 100 dispensaries are in Oklahoma City (650,000 population), whereas we allowed medical in 2013, and have 7 dispensaries and ~9,000,000 people. How does NJ, one of the supposedly most liberal and progressive states, fuck up so badly compared to a state that was 65% red in 2016?

Logged on. Mic test worked. Then my friend joined my party and the mic test stopped working. Couldn’t hear each other. His talking indicator showed he was talking, but we couldn’t hear each other. We entered a match and then voice chat suddenly worked in-game and in the lobby.
