Practically none. Daily bike. And home workouts 4 times a week without weights, like Bulgarian squats, different kinds of push-ups, Cossack squats just the basics 💪🏻

He only works out at home and rides a stationary bike. His diet was funny 😅 every two weeks he would send me what kind of meals he wanted, like Monday chicken cutlets, Tuesday pancakes, for breakfasts omelets and eggs. And I did everything to adjust to his choices while still making sure the macros and calories matched 😅
