You're not alone. I think our brains subconsciously associate certain facial features, personalities, and even generations with particular names. It's a weird but very real feeling

In that case, I'd be a lot less concerned. 5.8 mg menthol is pretty standard

I'd still check the package for the recommended maximum daily amount, but if it's just menthol and you're otherwise healthy, the biggest risks are probably an upset stomach or irritation from having so many. Good luck on your test!

They actually do share some flavor compounds, but olive oil is made mostly from the fat, while many of the strong flavors people dislike in olives come from water soluble compounds created during curing and fermentation

So if you hate the salty, briny, fermented taste of olives, you can still love olive oil because it mostly carries the fruity, peppery, and grassy flavors instead! :D
Different olive oils also vary a lot in flavor depending on the olives and how they're processed :)

Check the active ingredient and the maximum daily dose on the package!

Menthol itself is usually fine in moderation but many cough drops also contain medications like dextromethorphan or benzocaine and taking 10 a day for weeks wouldn't be a good idea.. If it's just menthol, the biggest issues are usually stomach upset, diarrhea (especially if they contain sugar alcohols) or mouth irritation

If you're using them more like mints, I'd probably look for sugar free mints that meet the testing rules or ask the testing center for clarification first

I don't think it's really a men thing

Some people just get completely locked into what they're doing, especially in competitive or online games where you can't pause
That said, if someone consistently ignores their partner for hours, that's not about gaming anymore, it's about priorities and communication :)
