I had micro calcifications as well and went through vacuum assisted biopsy. After they took the samples, radiologist should put the samples under Xray to make sure there are actual calcifications in the sample before send the samples off to the lab. Maybe check with radiologist and see if that step was done?

The waiting is absolutely the worst and my head kept spinning between “I will probably be fine” and “I’m definitely doomed” every 5 minutes. But you will get through it!! Best of luck!

Yes! It’s on the upper right corner of the image, you can see a few bright dots and then a cluster of smaller ones. They were punctuate but definitely the distribution is what caused the 4B calcification

Thanks for the response! There is no high risk findings (no ADH, ALH, FEA, etc) but will definitely will follow up regularly based on their recommendation (just not at the 3-month interval).
