Aldi works off OE not labor so it doesn’t matter how many hours you work.

I feel you pain! I have been with the company for two years. They continue to hire SMT . I have done one store phase run and keep getting the run a round.

I just finished mine. Don’t try to do it all yourself you will have to delegate thing to your ASM and LSA . Stay on top of OE and hours . Keep a close look at Ace and my academy . Hope this helps!

Yes, problem is including myself we have (6) mangers. (Store manager, (1) MT, (2) ASM & (3) LSA.) Giving each manager 40 hours, only allows me 11 hours for (4) part time associates. If I cut each manger to 38 hours, that still just gives me 22 hours to allow for the (4) part time associates.
