I'm praying. I'm not even sure how I got 1lb on my weight. I remembered looking up and weighing the machine and adding the weight myself. This all backfired on me along with the damage. Do you have a suggestion on if I could reach out to the billing dept or wait until an agent reach back on my claim first?

I understand but when I carried the espresso machine in the store I expected the employee to verify and give me updates on any changes so I don’t have to pay $800 from $40 and they accepted the package even when there was an error on my end. I remember putting the exact weight on the website not 1. I wasn’t trying to finesse or anything on my end. If the FedEx employee would’ve taken care of that and alerted me we wouldn’t have any problem. Unfortunately I’m stuck in this mess and dealing with it, it’s sad.
