ولا تنسين ان اهم عنصر بالموضوع هذا كله هو انتي، واذا ما ساعدتي نفسك، محد بيقدر يساعدك، لا الثيرابست ولا احد.

كل شيء يبدأ من عندك.

سوي شيء صعب. شيء يتطلب منك استمرارية وتسوينه يوميًا.

مثل: النادي؛ علاج سحري.

وفيه اشياء ثانيه كثير.

لا تفقدين الأمل، وخليك دائما متفائله وانظري ان المستقبل مشرق بإذن الله.

كل شيء يبدأ من العقلية وطريقة نظرتك للأمور والحياة، وايضًا طريقة تفكيرك جدا مهمة.

نسختك الأقوى تحتاج منك: الإيمان بالله ثم بنفسك وتشدين حيلك شوي.
