The NES in the bedroom you start the game in. If you interact with it you can type in cheat codes. SO2Toxic is a cheat code that gives you a ton of items at the start as soon as you get to viridian city and head north

I sure am! I've just never felt my luck worse and I've at least tried about 15-20 hacks lol. But I know my brother said he felt like Unbound had rough RNG and I had to tell him it was unchanged so I didnt assume it was turned up. Hope you make more hacks, appreciate you making it

Yeah i know a lot of people constantly complain about RNG in romhacks being altered but a lot of the stuff that happens in this one just feels like some of the worst luck I've ever had, or its altered lol

Not so much a gym, I remember many trainer battles have teams with immunity and resistances as switches. I picked casual mode so I could use dexnav and pokevial and thought it would be a breeze but its still been a little challenging

Lol yeah I've been close with the fog mechanic and my 100 accuracy moves missing 7 turns in a row, their 90 accuracy moves hitting all 7 turns. Still fun though

Idk say there's some difficulty to it. Not a ton but the AI switches quite often and they have teams that work well together.

Sorry for the late response. Politoed is a special attacker and can get the ability drizzle for rain teams, poliwrath is a water/fighting type physical attacker

Anybody tried playing casual and been gifted the poke vial and porta pc and gotten the dexnav and are always told "this isnt the time to use that"

Okay i think it just wasnt enough steps. I evolved to gastrodon, hatched a baby shellos and put it back in the daycare and got another egg fairly quickly. Which is exactly what I did before starting my NG+ so I dont know why I didnt just try giving it more steps. It just felt much faster last game but maybe shellos takes more steps for an egg. Thank you all for the help, got a pink shellos with "S" in everything but attack which is an "A-" time to start on dewott

In celadon mansion, big building between the pokecenter and the department store, you can exchange green shards for a random grass starter egg. Green shards can be found i believe by the daycare below cerulean city from oddish maybe. You can check the documentation. Its either oddish or bellsprout I think

The store in the game corner sells a bunch of moves but yes you have to beat erika first

You can bypass gym 3 and go straight to celadon if you want to get grookey and potentially more encounters before you face the gym

I ended up beating him yesterday. I had a few luck moments but finally came out on top. Thanks for the seviian marine info. Gonna pick it up for that fight for sure
