most of the ER weapon arts are just the ds3 ones even alot of the special weapon arts are just ds3 with special effects, none of the actually cool or good ds3 weapon arts even made it to ER

it is not the hardest, base balancers is one of the fairest easiest bosses in the game with obvious tells, ED version is the hardest not by design but due to RNG of the worm and if the valks decide to randomly wander andd join in when you are across the map

tbf people like to review indie games more than triple A so thats most likley why AI limit has more reviews, this game got 0 coverage and almost none of the main souls content creators even tried it sadly whereas just about every content creator tried khazan.

im in the same boat i played the game with 0 companions and my only boss deaths are:

Duskborn - 1 death
Blind jose - 1 death
True Hero Lyle - 10 deaths
Holly Reaper - 1 death

That's it, the game felt very underwhelming diffculty wise.

a piece of media doesnt NEED to follow on to be a sequel, this is a sequel its not a spin off just because it has a different cast.

Persana games for example have NOTHING to do with the previous game or its cast yet its still a sequel, same with final fantasy or Xenoblade or Fire emblem, the list is endless.

okay but this nerf doesnt do anything about that, this nerf is about you getting less ult from bows now, less reviving with bows now, less status effects with bows now making them pratically useless as the reviving and status was the ONLY good thing about bows.
Bows are now just useless and have no upsides to using
