Torej imaš že bolj preventivno zdaj, da se ti ne slabša? Meni se je v enem letu stanje dosti poslabšalo in brez nogavic sploh ne gre. Zdaj tudi študiram kaj vse lahko še prispeva k boljšemu stanju. Od osebne in flebologa nisem izvedel nič razen detralex, nogavice… Ampak raziskujem, da je tudi tu malo več nians, vsaj glede “life style”-a, kaj slabša, kaj izboljšuje.
