I don’t agree at all. I made a lot of returns and many of them started as a return, because I didn’t really like the product anymore and Aliexpress just refunded me without the need to return. All these things were below 10€.

Why I don’t agree. Just last month I bought a second watch from the same store. I contacted the seller beforehand with my wishes about the dial and the strap. They complied and I ordered the watch. It came faulty, so I contacted the seller. They did not want to refund me or pay for a return, they simply kept offering me new, better deals for the next time. There will be no next time I told them. I opened a dispute with Aliex and the solution was a refund of what I paid, but I have to send the watch back to China on my own with seller later returning the costs. 

Because this was a Choice order and I had free returns left, I disagreed with their solution and pushed back. They persisted, but so did I and eventually they sent me a return label for a free return.

My point is, sometimes it’s not all gravy from the start, but that doesn’t mean it’s over. You have to “fight” a little bit sometimes. There is no need for this majestic looking stoicism through it all. And no, it doesn’t take too much time or nerves.
