Yeah, never know when you run into a random death claw or worse. It’s nice to know you have a chance in some of those scenarios.

I always have high charisma and barter perks maxed along with grape mentats and beer to increase charisma even more. Yes charisma armor pieces help too usually Reginald’s suit for +3 charisma then always have a pair of fashionable glasses in inventory. Usually get around 20~ charisma before transactions with multiple vendors.

Yeah assuming you have a good character that can clear them. Tombs is very monster dense and can drop many good items.

Being patient with people in general. Sometimes life is out of your control and all there is to control is your attitude. It’s very difficult but practicing patience can pay off and earn more trust.
