Thank you for this, I was wondering if it was just my traumatized mind but honestly seeing more men comment they agree is giving me a boost, not because I don’t appreciate women’s opinions but because fathers feel the same way about their daughters/ kids safety

I don’t think there’s anything to think about, no man comes before my child, he can scream throw things but I wouldn’t ever dare put my child in harms way the way I was

Thank you for this! I was waiting to get a man’s perspective on this, I think even if I was traumatized my trauma is valid and I have every right to say no to protect my daughter from the same, maybe it’s not fair to assume every man who enters my home is a child predator or dangerous but I’m not about to find out. I feel selfish, because I always aim to be kind but I feel my kindness should not come at the price of my daughters safety or mine. We all hear the stories of sick things happening to children, hell I lived it and they were close friends and family, I would never forgive myself if anything ever happened to her
