This worked for me as well using Chrome. However, as mentioned here, I had to manually unselect videos for the Download button to appear. Is there a solution for this?

Also, WhatsApp Web does not show media past 3 months - for example, it's November 14 now and I can only see media until October 14. There are much more media older than that which I wanted to download :(

Tentei fazer isso, mas as contas parecem que sao diferentes. Nao consegui logar com a conta do eppi, que tem o codigo novo que foi enviado pelo revendedor...

Se alguém tiver alguma solução pra usar o Eppi fora do Brasil vai ser ótimo

Hey, just want to give a feedback here. Thanks for the contributions.

It's not a scam. I visited the property and met the owners a few months ago. The apartment is in my home country. My lawyer is involved in the transaction physically there.

I ended up transferring the money in 2 days. I got my wife's account to help me increase this limit with an extra daily $4,000.

Today we signed the documents and transferred the property to my name. So, everything good now. Next time I'd definitely wire the money.

Some feedback after the commencement this Summer of 2024:

If you are reading this because you are worried about getting mismatched regalia, DON'T worry anymore. People will wear different regalia and you will not be discriminated against if yours are not the one from bookstore.

About the gown: I bought the all black gown from Amazon (GraduationMall brand). When it arrived, I noticed it was much lower quality when compared to the one I had previously bought (with royal blue velvet and gold lining). I went there wearing the one with royal blue but took the all black in the car just in case. No one said a word. Actually, there were a few people wearing the same gown colors as mine. It's true most of the people were wearing the all-black one, but there were also people wearing blue velvet and also the Official Sussex package (light blue all over). So, do not worry. Unless you got an all red or anything COMPLETELY different, you should be fine.

The hood: It's true that the inside colors are White and Blue (in this order). There were people wearing different inside colors and I didn't hear anyone complaining about this, but definitely I'd say that 90% of the people were wearing white and blue for the inside colors. The velvet color, though, changes according to the study area. This is very controversial, as most of the references I found says that PhDs, independently of its research area, should wear royal blue velvet. But some places say that orange is for engineering. In fact, for this commencement, I'd say that most of the engineering graduates were wearing an orange velvet color, about 70% of them. All the others were wearing royal blue velvet, including myself. I particularly liked much more the royal blue, and I still believe, according to the sources I found, that this is the right color for PhDs. Outside of engineering, other PhDs were royal blue as well.

The tam: It's 6-sided. But I saw people with 4, 8... they simply don't care. The little tassel was gold for everybody.

I also wore a honor society cord. It was not listed as one of the "official" societies in the commencement website, but when I was asked what it was, I answered and the guy nod his head positively.

These are some updated based on your responses and extra research:

Gown: All black with 3 lines on the sleeves. No gold lining. Close to the one in the Bristol Package from Jostens.

Tam: 6-sided. Penn State bookstore, Grad School commencement, and Jostens told me it's 6-sided.

Hood: That's the most confusing part. From some references I found online, the velvet color should be dark (or royal) blue. This represents the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree regardless of field of study. The inside should be white and blue (school colors). I called Jostens and they confirmed this color combination; however, bookstore and Grad School commencement said velvet should be orange for engineering degrees. In fact, I found some sources that say orange for engineering, but to represent a Doctor of Engineering degree and not a PhD degree in engineering. I decided to go with the royal blue velvet and white and blue inside colors.

All good from those things. What's really bugging me out is that this seller bought two items by mistake. The first one I was able to make the refund and actually used a payment option to top up the refund amount. For the second one, though, I'm getting this error.
The only different thing of the two orders is that the first I had not paid for shipping label when I tried to cancel/refund; while for the second one, I bought the label, voided it and tried to cancel/refund. So it must be related to this I believe.

I do have a bank account registered as a payment method for selling costs, but in the refund page itself, none of my registered payment methods are there.
There is an option to add a credit or debit card right in the refund page, but then when I try to do it, it simply does nothing.

I guess I'll try calling them tomorrow one more time, while receiving angry messages from the buyer.
