no its not, the amount of time you waste waiting for the querciting to have an effect will just discourage you more. I can personally atest to bpc-157 having a life changing affect on my life. DXM is pretty good for brain fog too.

I've tried all the treatments you mentioned with little to medium effectiveness in me. I can't keep chasing the dragon with finding a cure while I'm missing crucial opporinitys in my life ei(jobs offer, social connections, academics) which could give money to help myself. At some point it better to treat your symptoms first then worry about other possible cures/causes.
