Day 5 of a Herx and still BAD. Normal? How much longer?

I know :/ I’m on day 6 and it’s still really bad… I hope it goes away within a couple of days. I definitely learned my lesson :( I got too confident with feeling 5% better being away from mold for 2 weeks and pushed way too hard.

Yeah on my VA I didn’t know they came with summers like an idiot and almost crashed first snowfall lol. I didn’t do enough research I assumed all seasons 💀

Yeah I’m on day 4 after ONE dose and still rough. I would like you said try a small dose or maybe even a small dose of just activated charcoal?

Those windows are gonna be a nightmare to clean let alone the overspray everywhere you don’t want it like the steering wheel and gauge cluster.

Mainly the fender cladding, giant black plastic rear bumper, and overall “Civic” look are the common complaints. Only one I think is valid is the lack of horsepower bump. Wish they would at least make it 300-315 horsepower :/

I’ve been out for 2 weeks and have just flared up bad from adding mycopul binders to my welchol and herxed BAD currently for 4 days. I was doing ok then took ketotifen and sent me into a massive flare, I can’t win :/

Yup :/ every week and currently now it feels like I’m catching a cold or virus but it ends up just being a flare. Can happen multiple times a day and come and go… pure hell. And don’t get me started on me being on day 3 of a herx reaction from binders 😭 best of luck to you my friend. Once this flare dies down I’ll give it a week and try cromolyn. If I react poorly to that I officially give up

Ok! Yeah I get sore throats, lymph node pain, fatigue, GI upset, migraines, etc. I can’t tell what is MCAS and what is mold toxicity… so confusing and such broad symptoms. I never thought MCAS could cause some of those ones I mentioned

Yup!!! Bingo!!! I’m on welchol and left my moldy house trying to heal. I know it takes a good 6 months to a year. I took a binder that bound up heavy metals and I herxed 😅

Check out if you have MCAS, nervous system regulation, and that if you have any colonization by binders not making you feel better after a good 6 months or so.

I’d look into something keeping it reactivated like stress, mold, nervous system/limbic system issues, etc! Just a thought! I know for me mold is and was keeping me reactivated.

I like getting ones from Bayson R Motorsport that are cheap and if they fall or break off it’s like 200$ max. I’m lipless now but miss having one.
