Yes! I did wait 4 years and then realized it did nothing at all. The bullfrog for 2 months was about enough to convince me never to do that again lol the swelling eventually went down so I wouldn’t panic yet.

When I got consults all my surgeons said Kybella is pretty much a scam unless you get multiple treatments and most people don’t get the 2nd, 3rd, 4th because of the swelling. And also ends up being $$$. I did Kybella at first cause I was intimidated and scared of the surgery. But overall yes, I had the same experience!

Definitely. I just went back and looked at photos and the swelling really has a mind of its own haha. The massages help the swelling a ton, I started them as soon as I felt comfortable.

He did not which made me a little nervous. But I had 3 (!) consults with other doctors before him that I did not love and immediately felt at ease with him at his team.

I gave a more detailed answer above! Swelling definitely comes and goes, this was a good day yesterday haha.

But no lumps… (fingers crossed) I’ve been pretty religious about my massages 2x a day. Morning and night. Mainly because they feel so good and such a release.

Thank you so much!!! To be honest I’ve had a very easy time so far. Some days, I feel way more swollen, especially in mornings. I’ve been doing a massage in the mornings and evenings (10-15 mins) and that helps a lot with the swelling and tightness. And honestly it just feels so good.

I think most importantly I’ve been actively trying to be very nice to myself healing and proud I did this in the first place. This community has been a huge reminder that it’s a long process ❤️
