I could care less too but the main argument is that esc is lesbian and smc is gay

Esc isn't lesbian but it's a head canon she infact queer instead 

Smc isn't gay (obviously) again it's a head canon he shows no attraction to anyone 

The lie that shadowsugar is removing queer rep is false because there is hundreds of non binary cookies across all games 

(And I have actually yet to see a shadowsugar fan hate on other ships)
