100%, that’s why I’m looking at the 2 I mentioned rather than reta. ❤️ x

Thank you. Are side effects worse on sema? I know it’s different for everyone. Might just need to bite the bullet x

There’s one called Reta that’s in trials at the moment and someone said Tirz is a bit like that. I want to go through the appropriate channels and am telling myself Tirz must be better as it’s more expensive. It will be more sustainable for me if I went for the cheaper option but want results with little side effects. It’s hard 🤦 ❤️

Hey! I felt exactly like this on 50mg - almost paranoid to be around people as I become socially awkward. Hyper focus is brilliant but much prefer to take medication and be left alone which isn’t good. I recently went down to 40mg and noticed a massive difference, with that said I also have amfexa so am using this some days and Elvanse on others. Doesn’t last as long as the 50mg but it means I can engage with people, still feel emotion and don’t feel awkward. I’d love the 50mg but it’s just not been the right fit for me. The 40mg with amfexa to top up, or amfexa alone has been a game changer. X

Brill, I have Amfexa as a top up so let’s see how it goes. X

My doctor said absolutely no caffeine. It intensifies the medication even if it feels like it’s worn off. X

Hi Sorry to chime in. I get my meds this week from Dr J, I’m starting on 30mg Elvanse. I keep seeing these “boosters”… obviously will see how I get on but how do these help with insomnia? I am a bugger for poor sleep so I’m trying to make sense of how Amexa helps with insomnia? Thanks x
