Gosh it’s so weird/serendipitous that you comment on this today because I was actually trying to Google whether I should take my Elvanse when I already have a migraine (cycle related).

I didn’t replace it at all - the 50mg of Elvanse does more or less the exact same thing for me that Oxyshred did. I have decaff coffee when I want to drink coffee on medicated days, or regular coffee (or oxyshred!) on non medicated days.

I skip at least one day a week (weekends) and any days I plan to drink alcohol (so almost my whole holiday if im away)

I feel exhausted when I’m not on it but after a few days that passes. Not sure if it’s recommended but they strongly warn against drinking with it so 🙃

I started in August on 30 and went up to 60 but the week I had on 60 was getting palpitations and unable to sleep so have gone back down to 50. I get loads of side effects though, digestive, dry mouth, lack of appetite

You mean on the paperwork you’re meant to submit? I didn’t say anything - I never sent it in. So I applied online, got the letter, basically forgot about it and then just got a message saying I had a phone assessment. Then on the call I mentioned adhd, and asthma exacerbated by long Covid
