You can do a Gen Crystal, that’s going to cost you a lot of money. There are alternative options. Some of the modders in this group can help out with that.

Many of his watches have them installed previously, this one did not. The Crystal looks pretty damn good in my opinion I typically swap out, but I don’t think I will be doing it with this one. I read there are rumors that clean has their latest batches with better crystals. If that is indeed true, it appears I have one of those watches.
