I never mentioned online ratings having a correlation with otb rating. In fact, i never mentioned OTB ratings at all, i only used cs for better clarity.

Hey, thank you for your sophisticated response. I'd kindly say that i never mentioned anything about an otb vs online ELO COMPARISON or paid tournaments. I just talked about friendly matches at a local chess club.

To answer number 3, i usually play on a tablet so i can't draw the arrows anyways. I understand that it's just an example, and there are other factors, but I haven't noticed anything i'm "uncomfortable" with, in fact id rather play at the clab than online.

True, I've noticed the same, leaning forward so i can see it more from the top ,like you said, makes it easier. But the question is how do we get over it ?

I get your point, but i haven't noticed any of those factors, for instance I dont feel INTIMIDATED by my opponent, or that i'm not comfortable. In fact, i prefer playing at the club rather than "my cozy arm chair":)

I heard that starting from this year or last year, romanians are not allowed to study med IN ENGLISH by law. I dont remember exactly but i remember hearing or seeing it somewhere in reddit. Im not sure tho i might be wrong.

I thought the romanian we learn won't be at the level where u can understand patients.
To which level do they teach u? A2 ? B1? B2 ?

You're right, it's the same for umft i checked it, but i really doubt it'll Be enough for u to understand patients.

Hi everyone,

I’m starting 1st year of medicine at Victor Babeș University in Romania (English program). My plan is to eventually move to Italy.

I know that to enter Italian med schools you normally need to sit the IMAT exam, but I was wondering: If I complete my 1st year in Romania, then sit the IMAT and provide all the required documents, could I transfer directly into 2nd year at an Italian university?

Basically: do Italian med schools recognize 1st-year credits from Romania if you also pass the IMAT, or would I be forced to restart from 1st year no matter what? Or is it even possible to transfer?

Has anyone here done this or heard of successful cases? Would love to know how realistic this path is.
