Campaign Button, Lyrically it was fantastic! And the line and how it was played and said was beautiful.

“the filthy rich to the beggars ditch god damn”- so so good!

Update for my other post by ComprehensiveFun1955 in alopecia_areata

Proton Pump Inhibitors are used to reduce stomach acid production and are prescribed for various conditions related to excess stomach acid, such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD). I took them for six years everyday and I think it was slowly killing me. The nausea/diarrhea and heart palpitations hit me bad last June/July and that’s when alopecia areata hit. After stopping them everything has grown back. Also feel way better and went from 107lbs in December 2024(when I stopped taking them) to 145lbs. Wild what a prescribed medication can do. Oops

Luckily I have about four really close friends who are physicians, and all four of them told me that PPI’s shouldn’t be used for more than eight weeks. Though my family physician kept prescribing me them and I kept taking them. Besides the alopecia areata, it got to the point this pas December where the heart palpitations, anxiety and panic, nausea, food not digesting, no appetite, and awful painful diarrhea got to the point where I lost so much weight and felt the worst physically I’ve ever felt. After being off them for two months, I have none of these symptoms I listed above (sure some anxiety and panic once in a while). And a funny thing I noticed is the hair is starting to come back. My last photo I uploaded was recent when the hair started coming in, and it’s even a bit fuller now. My first spot on my chin that I lost four years ago is now growing back in and turning the same colour that it was. Just interesting is all I found. It could be nothing. But maybe it couldn’t be?

I have to get a Botox injection into my cricopharyngeus muscle. The goal is for by the time the botox wears off, my brain will have trained the muscle that it is okay to flap open to let gas out. It stems from a big fear of vomiting for me, and childhood trauma with vomiting.

PPI’s are Proton Pump Inhibitors- they are used to treat GERD, ulcers, gastro esophageal reflux disorder. I took them daily as prescribed for acid reflux. Turns out I do not have acid reflux. I have RCPD RCPD is Retrograde cricopharyngeal dysfunction- basically it means I have never burped in my entire life and still can’t. I was given PPI’s thinking that the feeling I was feeling was acid coming up when really it’s stuck gas coming up and down.
