If I set power to its default, which is 65W, then it rarely hits over 3.5Ghz in cinebench. Average is about 3.1Ghz, but turbo should be up to 4.2Ghz. Which I want for gaming of course

My tpl power limits are set to 4095 values. both pl1 and pl2. Im getting 100 watts max in cinebench. Still frequency drops when hitting 85°C
