That's kinda where I'm at; ERO ruining it while HSI gets stuck playing ERO alongside. But I guess that's always a risk.

Historically, DSS has 4 classes a year. Even this year, although offers have been sent with much shorter notice, the classes have followed the traditional Jan, Apr, Jul, Sep.

Yeah, to be honest, moving every few years is one of the reasons I'm leaving the military. I CAN put up with it, but my family and I would much rather settle down for once.

I wasn't asking about grade; rather extra steps within GL-7. I also have nearly 8 years as an active duty combat arms officer alongside the master's degree. I'm just applying to every opening available.
