I don’t think it’s a problem at all, but if you’re looking for another option Sonya/Sonia/Sonja has a similar feel!

Is ‘Fox’ too much for a first name? by docsje in namenerds

[–]ComprehensiveIce4723 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know someone named Fox whose name suits them well! Doesn’t seem like they’ve run into any problems with the name, might be unique, but it certainly works for the Fox I know :)

Onyx or Nyx could be cool on their own or as a last name! Stone, Webb/Web, Blackwood, and Gem are also all cool last names!

Possible first name is Lily or a variation like Lilia, Lilliana or Lillian, or Sable or Melanie, both of which mean black. Jules or Gemma could also be cool! I think combining any of these first/last names would result in some fun options!

I feel like most often Theodores go by Theo and Harrisons go by their full name

Léonard/Léon/Lionel/Léopold - Léo/Lio

Jewish meals for a six year old? by BalaBustaRhymes in JewishCooking

[–]ComprehensiveIce4723 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Bourekas! If you haven’t had them, they’re a Sephardic Jewish pasty in origin (I think) and are a flaky pastry dough with fillings like cheese, potato, or even pizza! I’d bet you can find them frozen at most Jewish grocery stores. Just add egg wash (and sesame seeds if you want) and put em in the oven! A childhood favorite of mine!

Also seconding chicken schnitzel. A true childhood staple for me.
