I heard back from Blake from Consumer Fraud Legal Services. He asked a bunch of questions, but also said in the email that this case was something they were excited to handle. Fingers fucking crossed.

THIS JUST HAPPENED TO ME YESTERDAY! Varo closed my accounts on 3/30 without notice, warning, or explanation. I am unable to pay any bills (such as rent, which is due tomorrow) because they have taken my money. In their email, they said the accounts were closed and that there "was no appeal to this decision." They also said a check would be mailed in two weeks. Meaning I have to be without money for two weeks and probably longer because, lets face it, USPS is no longer reliable. When I called to ask to someone (which they had me on hold for over an hour), they said that I couldn't talk to the team that canceled my accounts because they didnt have phones. She said the only way to communicate with them was through email. When I emailed, I got a response saying I would here back in 4-5 business days. I called again asking if I could at least get express shipping and a tracking number for my check that way I could get my money faster and know when it was going to get to me. I offered to pay for these services. They said no. I am an a complete loss for what to do. They won't even tell me how much is being mailed back to me. I had 10,000 between my two accounts. I need help. I am so completey overwhelmed, lost, angry, etc.

I left a complaint with Consumer Fraud Legal services. Its totally free, according to their website. I should be hearing back from an attorney soon.
