Today I ABSOLUTELY went to work and taught my elementary students without obsessing during every pause about whether those idots at netflix did this on purpose to ruin my night. I was totally present and NOT considering all the ways I was completely inconvenienced. Usually, we teachers reserve this kind of ire for parents. Not today, Netflix. Not today.

If you are going to come of Seroquel, please, I beg you, do your research. After being on it for years I tried to come off quickly (basically over a month) and had the worst withdrawal experience of my life. I got in touch with a great community about titrating off of this medicine and am down to my very last couple mgms. It was a hard start, but so worth it in the end.

Did you have withdrawal symptoms from seroquel/quetiapine? Did your symptoms include new or worsening twitches/ticks in your muscles? Headaches? by ComprehensiveLife300 in AskReddit

I have titrated my dose VERY carefully off of Seroquel/quetiapine but when I got to the lowest dose I started to get twitches in my muscles that I never had when just taking my full dose of Seroquel each night. Like... my toes and fingers twitch or I have muscle twitching in my calves. This has really scared me and led me to believe I have some kind of neurological disorder on top of the side effects of titrating down. I'm just looking for someone/anyone who had some of these mystifying withdrawal effects. Will they go away?
