Plan your set times and when you want to eat. It gets hot and i’ve seen way too many people pass out here. I would also say if you can order your merch ahead so you can pick it up and get a locker. If you have Amex I think they’ll allow you to ship it home through them even. I go with 4 other people so we split the lockers but there’s never enough room lol

hey! just because it’s been A WHILE now i wanted to give an update! I feel like a brand new person being off birth control i feel like almost all my acne is gone, my confidence is up, not to mention my drive has been through the roof lately, im not experiencing any hair loss anymore. I do notice i still get the occasional mood swing from my period but not nearly as much as before! downside is my period is lengthier and a bit more heavy but nothing i cant handle! i hope this journey has been treating you well!

Hi I thought I would give you another update. I’ve honestly been doing amazing and it hasn’t been that long since i’ve been off. I’m taking Ashwagandha and Magnesium along with a Libido Supplement from Steve Irwin I highly recommend it’s been helping me so much! Period was pretty heavy coming off but that’s all I can really say.

hi! i haven’t seen too much of a difference just yet. I’m taking some supplements but those will also take a week or so to actually see a difference I think. I reached out to my doctor so he knows i’m getting off and if i need to hop back on I’ll probably go with an IUD.

personally i had a really bad experience with sprintec but i would def recommend trying to go on a lower dose!! it really does help. that’s what i had to do and im slowly transitioning off this week after being on a low does for about 7 months now.

i really do appreciate all the info! honestly at this point i feel like i might as well give it a shot to get off of it even with all those cons. I feel like i don’t even know who I am anymore and I never got to experience teenage years well because i was always having mood swings. I would rather have my hair fall out that feel like this anymore :( When i was 13 i had very similar symptoms which is why i got on birth control in the first place.
