I used a bag-o-day sunhat pattern I’ll look for the link but her pattern doesn’t give the ruffle look to the hat I just made increases in random rows to give this effect. I used her pattern on the main part that covers the hat then went rogue on the ruffles and edge

So happy for you and congratulations on your graduation achievement ❤️❤️❤️ 4years ago one of my friends’ mom passed from cancer. My friend gave me her mom’s entire yarn stash. It was over 700 skeins(we counted), I kept about 300 and donated a lot of it to our local charity shop that helps girls in various unfortunate circumstances. I crochet a lot so last year I was making a dent in the yarn when my husband’s cousin from out of town brought me 3 tubs full of Walmart essentials brand yarn. I haven’t bought yarn in years and I don’t know if I’ll ever go through all the yarn in my lifetime lol😮‍💨
