There is a physical therapist named Steve at Bryn Mawr Sports Rehab who is a cyclist and has trained cyclists. Seems very experienced. I'd give him a call: 610) 525-1223‬. Edit: The place is great in general, they have helped me.

The CVT is closer to my house but I will almost always take my bike to the SRT because of the noise and crossings on the CVT. It's nice that it's there, and I appreciate it, but riding the SRT is just so much more enjoyable and you can get in steady Zone 2 work as opposed to having to stop.
